BGOTW:Gainesville dispatches Tampa Private,93-66

Led by Gainesville’s R.J. Moore (1PG,1OV) 2022,thirty-three goals and eleven rebounds,Gainesville dispatched Tampa Private,93-66 in their first game in major high school throwball on Sunday.Tampa Private was led in scoring by Alan Eerie who scored forty-two goals and added fifteen assists.

8.Austin stuns 1.Madison in Midwest first round by Fred Jackson Jr.’s three with point one seconds left

Austin High School stunned the Midwest’s number one seed,Madison High,with point one seconds left by Fred Jackson Jr. (13PG,47OV) who scored a three goal buzzer-beater.He scored thirty-eight goals and added thirteen assists in the win.Madison’s Antonio Banks scored forty-two goals in the loss.This loss won’t likely effect their national ranking come when the regular season starts in a week.

BGOTW 2 2018:Tampa Private,Gainesville meet in sushine state Sunday pre-season battle (Preview)

Newly in Major high school throwball,former minor high school throwball powerhouse Tampa Private meets Gainesville High,the sixth seed in the south region.Tampa Private is led by Alan Eerie (8SG,51OV) 2019, and C.J. Cameron (14PG,54OV) 2019.Gainesville is led by the top Freshman in the country in R.J. Moore (1PG,1OV) 2022,Louis Joiner (5PF,33OV) 2019,and Kelvin Joseph (1SF,4OV) 2022.Joseph will be returning from a calf injury,but experts still are predicting the Gainesville will win this contest.

1.Duke-ACC Week 1:at.Michigan State
Duke should probably win this game,but going against veteran players Sean Tate,Michael Green,and more on the road in East Lansing should be a daunting task.
2.North Carolina-ACC Week 1:at.Florida
Like their instate rivals,the Tar Heels will head on the road in week one,but should get out of Gainesville with a win over Florida.
3.Texas-Big 12 Week 1:at.Arkansas
Week 1’s game day,as two of the most talented teams in the country meet in a former conference rival match up.Former Arkansas Offensive Coordinator Fred Jackson has built up a power house at Texas but Arkansas could have the advantage at home.
4.Naples-Arkansas Valley Week 1:Florida State
Naples has the easiest match up in week one of the top four teams but Florida State is always tough out of the ACC.
5.Arkansas-SEC Week 1:3.Texas

BGTOW 1 2018:Highland Park squeezes by Allen in a matchup of Texas’ best two high school teams,92-90

Andre Helmbrecht,(1SF,7OV),scored forty-seven goals,added eight rebounds,and six steals in the win over Allen.Allen had the lead with 1:13 but Highland Park went on an eight-oh run to win.Jabari Williams led the way for Allen with thirty-six goals,eight rebounds,eleven assists,and four steals in the loss.
