Officials at the TN Meetings in Little Rock have decided to make the Atlantic-10 the eighth power conference, joining the ACC, Arkansas Valley, AtlanticWest, Big 12, Big Ten, Pac-12, and the SEC.
The Big East and the American are joining the Middle 5 Conferences to make the Middle 7.
