Former Texas Forward Carter Cook has confirmed in a press conference in his hometown of Dallas that Louisville and Mississippi State were the two finalists to be his next school.Cook,formerly the top player in the 2018 Throwball News 122 and finished as the number two ranked player in the country as a senior in high school.Cook will either join his brother Mason at Mississippi State or will join new Louisville Head Coach Mike Justice at Louisville.
