Atlanta interim head coach Chris Jackson’s run as head coach of the robins is over. Atlanta has made Scott Perriman their next head coach. He signed a three-year contract worth six million dollars. Perriman told Texas fans this on twitter:”It’s been a great ride, longhorns. I mean that. The best four years of my life were while I was here as Texas’ defensive coordinator. I’ve decided to take the Atlanta head coaching job. I will always be a longhorn. Hook ’em.” Perriman replaces Bill Madison who is the head coach of the NTBL’s New York Wildcats. Interim head coach Chris Jackson has interviewed for the open Duke and St. Mary’s jobs.
