November Classic, Neutral “Sets” cancelled amid college throwball’s move to a conference only slate

What would’ve been the first annual November Classic, set for Tuesday November 3 was cancelled today. Arkansas was set to play fellow Natural State foe Little Rock and North Carolina was set to play Michigan State in the big apple. Neutral sets have also been cancelled. The NCAA T-Division and TN are beginning to form invitationals that will start happening the 2021-2022 season, getting rid of the neutral sets. These were all cancelled due to the NCAA T-Division’s announcement that college throwball would move to a conference only slate that would include the ACC-Big Ten challenge and the Big 12-SEC challenge due to COVID-19 concerns.
