Multiple transfer decisions made

Andre Helmbrecht announced his intentions to return to Arkansas and exit the transfer portal and the 2022 NTBL Draft. Helmbrecht, a Dallas native, visited both Texas and Texas A&M as well as talking with pro scouts before returning to school. Helmbrecht has a season left to play in Fayetteville.

Former Houston guard Andy Weston has committed to transfer to Oklahoma. The former three-star shooting guard also visited Florida State and Texas Tech. He will likely be a key bench piece in Norman for their potential title run during the 2022-2023 season. He has three years of eligibility remaining.

Former FGCU Forward Rashaun Tate will return home and play for the Little Rock Trojans, TN Arkansas confirmed. He averaged 9.7 goals, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game in Fort Myers. Tate has a single year of eligibility remaining in Little Rock.

Former Houston forward Jerome Hunter is down to three schools. TN’s second ranked transfer will decide between Kansas, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech on May 4. He will have two more years to play at his next stop.
