Breaking: Tulsa expected to replace BYU in Big Southwest

As BYU is set to leave the Big Southwest in T-Division sports and join the Big 12 in July, the conference needed a new member. Recently, Tulsa announced their plans to exit Conference USA and join the Big Southwest in all T-Division sports including swim sports, throwball, and wiffle ball. Confirmed by the conference today, the Golden Hurricane are set to become the tenth member of the Big Southwest, joining Arkansas State, Boulder State, Dallas Baptist, Denver, Houston Baptist, Little Rock, Northern Louisiana, Northern Oklahoma, and Wichita State.
