Number one overall seed Arkansas outlasted one seed UALR 122-121 by Carter Trophy winner,Kelvin Robinson’s, last second free goals.Allie Freeman,a UALR Guard,scored thirty-three goals in the loss.
The second overall seed,North Carolina defeated six seed Dallas 117-111.This will be NTBl Bound,and Senior Guard M.J. Paige’s second national championship and third Final FOur of his career.Paige scored six straight goals to lead the Tar Heels past Arkansas in the closing seconds of the 2016 Final Four.
The series will be played in Fayetteville because Arkansas is the number one overall seed.
