There are always four teams from the state of Florida.
If a conference participating has a school in Florida they will participate (if there are more than two they will rotate each year)
Florida Schools:Florida,Naples,FAU,Ft.Lauderdale
SEC:Florida,Mississippi State
ACC:Florida State,Miami
American:Central Florida,South Florida
Big 12:Oklahoma,Little Rock
Arkansas Valley:FGCU,Ft. Lauderdale
Sun Belt:Georgia Southern,South Alabama
