Following Christian Jones’s transfer to Dallas, Manny Tate will also be leaving Georgia Baptist. Tate joins Jones as the second member of the Red Flame to enter the transfer portal. Tate, who was projected to return for a third season as the team’s starting point guard, will be transferring to Michigan State where he will fight for a starting spot in the point guard rotation. Tate is teaming up with his brother, Sean Tate, at Michigan State. Manny has two years of elgibility remaining.
