The high school throwball conference tournaments will stay the same. The top two in each conference entering the conference tournament will have already clinched a bid to regionals. Those two plus a winner (if it isn’t one of the top two seeds) will clinch a bid to regionals. Each state will have sixty-four team which will be bracketed into four team brackets. Then the sixteen winners of the brackets will play for a state.
