The fifth ranked player in the 2023 TN 25, and the number three ranked point guard, Zion Payne has announced his intentions to transfer from Toledo High School. He will be transferring to Dallas power Bishop Dunne, who just appeared in the 2021 Midwest Regional Final in the 2021 Off-Season Regionals, its first ever appearance in a regional final. Payne also announced the final 11 options in his college sweepstakes. Auburn, Florida State, Louisville, Michigan State, the NTBL G-League, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, and hometown Toledo.
