Former Georgia guard Julius Feland announced his decision to transfer to Oklahoma on Saturday. Feland chose Oklahoma over Georgia’s SEC rival Tennessee. He also visited Florida Atlantic, Wake Forest, as well as talking to his former Georgia coaching staff.
