Everything being changed at 2023 TN Spring Meetings

1.Every NTBL Draft moving forward will consist of two rounds of 36 picks each, happening the last Saturday in June annually.
2.The High School Throwball Off-Season Regionals will have pool play beginning in April. Then the tournament will begin in July like normal.
