The second ranked Point Guard in the 2020 class, according to Throwball News,Devin Powell out of Portland,Oregon pledges to USC over Oregon,Oregon State,Duke,UNC,Arkansas,Naples, and FGCU.Powell said “FGCU was a close number two,but as of now USC is the best fit for me in the classroom, and on the field.” Powell is the first of hopefully many USC 2020 commits.Powell is a hard commit meaning he could still de-commit,but it’s highly unlikely.
