The top two teams in the state of Texas will battle on Friday.Highland Park (Two seed in the south) and Allen (Seven seed in the south) will battle for the Lone Star State.Jabari Williams (3PG,3OV) and Jonathan Lewis (5PG,10OV) both from the 2020 class are Allen’s five stars.Highland Park led by Andre Helmbrecht (1SF,7OV) and Alex West (6PF,37OV) form the 2019 class,and Xion Thompson (1SF,5OV) and Fred Cook (6PG,14OV) from the 2020 class.Highland Park has the top small forwards in both the 2019 and 2020 classes (Helmbrecht,Thompson).Most of the experts are predicting that Highland Park will be the winners but don’t be surprised if Allen comes out strong and gets a quality win headed into the regular season.
